We need a strong rhythm if we want to have a good blues solo. You should feel it when you are playing rhythm, as well as when you are soloing. The shuffle is the most common rhythm in blues. It uses the first and the last note of a eighteenth note triplet to create the blues feeling. Accentuating the first note of each triplet is the most common way to play it and make it sound natural.
